A limited edition series of eight miniature sculptures of the Ralph Lauren ‘Royal Crest’ Silk shirt.

Each of these sculptures have been produced by hand by the creator of previous miniature ‘Power Pieces’Joseph Vaughan, and in this series Joseph has created one of the most iconic and collectable of all vintage RL designs,the much sought after ‘Royal Crest’.

This piece is made up of :

• Hand made wire coat hanger
• Polymer clay shirt , which is baked hard in an oven.
• Hand painted acrylic colors and finished in gloss clear coat.
• Gold paint used for the gold rope edging
• Crest has microscopic lettering of ‘Ralph Lauren’, ‘EST MCMXVIII’
• Individually painted flags
• Double sided, with identical work on the rear
• Microscopic collar tab and size tab (with ‘Polo Ralph Lauren and sizing of either ‘M’ or ‘L’
• Each piece measures approximately 12 cm by 12 cm

This piece is available to you either alone or, as recommended, with specially made presentation units of :

• Glass bell jar with piece ‘invisibly ‘ suspended using ultra fine fishing wire. Piece is secured to top of bell jar with genuine RL POLO button glued in place.Bell jar also comes with circular plinth allowing the piece to sit on desk ,mantle or sideboard.

The piece , with either display unit , is available for a short time only , first to fellow collectors of rare and sought after RL items at the very reasonable and discounted price of $150 US or £120 UK. ($110 US or £95 UK without bell jar display unit).
